picture of sx-12Tile is quickly becoming a popular flooring choice for both residential and commercial customers. It's durability and asthetic appearance makes it a great choice for floor covering. But the pourous nature of tile means it requires regular cleanings to maintain it's beautiful appearance. Grout can also be particularly difficult to clean when dirt and food particles become embedded.

Cleaning the tile with a mop will not usually be sufficient to achieve a deep down clean. And scrubbing on your hands and knees can be not only time consuming, but back breaking. Our tile and grout cleaning tool, the SX-12, was especially designed to blast soil and dirt from tile and grout, and smooth or rough hard surfaces. The rotary arm spins to create amazing soil blasting power working from 700 to 2,000 psi while the vacuum ports pick up all the waste.   • Pre-Inspection: Tile and grout are inspected to determine texture and type, as well as any pre-existing damage.
  • Job Set-Up: Furniture and appliances are carefully removed and corner guards are placed to protect woodwork. Adjoing carpets, cabinets, delicate wall covers and painted surfaces are covered to protect from over-spray.
  • Pre-Spray Application: Pre-spray is applied to the floor for a 5-minute or less dwell time.
  • Cleaning / Extraction: Grout and difficult areas are manually agitated to loosen soil. The floor surface is cleaned with the SX-12, a light weight, yet extremely strong and durable machine. The self-contained rotary washer, driven by water pressure, washes the surface and immediately recovers the soil and water at the same time.
  • Rinsing: The floor is rinsed with clean water to help balance the PH of your floor.
  • Drying: Air movers set up to help dry the surface.
  • Grout Sealing: Grout sealant is applied, if applicable.
